Returns & Exchanges

For a full refund, please return your shoes in new condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt of your new shoes.

Your refund will be issued upon our store’s receipt and inspection of the shoes. If the shoes show visible wear, we will not be able to issue a full credit. Please make sure to try on your shoes inside (on a soft surface like carpet) while wearing socks to ensure proper fit.

You may also return your shoes in person to any of our stores.

If you would like a return label emailed to you, please contact us. We will email your UPS label and deduct the shipping cost from your total refund. You may drop off this package at any UPS store or dropbox.

We are unable to offer returns on sale items.

If you feel your shoe has a defect, please contact us immediately. We will honor each brand’s warranty guidelines for manufacturer’s defects.
